"Night"
Sara Teasdale
Stars over Snow
and in the west a planet
Swinging below a star---
Look for a lovely thing
and you will find it.
It is not that far---
It never will be far.

Commentary:
How far away are your dreams.
How many moons and stars are
between you and what seems a
distant and an unattainable prize.
I surmise
not near as far as we think
for night is followed by a bright sun...
the same one
that marked yesterday's frustration
Will bring about a new station...
in life....the stars agree.
We can only agree with the Psalmist that what God hath put in place is sufficient
for today's mark and tomorrow's remarkable. As is His Creation wasn't enough of a marvel; He sent His Son to show us His Spirit...in flesh. All the more to substantiate His Love in that He died for our transgressions. As Isaiah, the prophet of old - who foretold of His coming 600 years in advance- put forth that the chastisement of our Peace was placed upon that Jesus. The question may just be not what will we do about our dreams, but what do we do with this Jesus...who allows for all things to be done through His strength.
His universe sighs....in agreement.

Psalm 8:3-5 (New International Version)
3 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
4 what is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him?
the son of man that you care for him?
